Similar the campaign of that of the Road Safety Authority, there is a need for an awareness of Suicide and an increase in the funding allocated towards Suicide prevention.

If anyone is still interested in getting involved with our service we would welcome any support with fundraising.  This could include participating in our sponsored 4k walk /run on April 21st in St. Annes Park in Raheny.  All help would be greatly appreciated.

From dreaded nightmares that fill me,

With fear about school days of past,

i wonder how could i stop this incessant chant,

As i fight with a pant,

the four horsemen in my head that plant.

They dont know when to leave me alone,

They just seem to want me all alone,

So they can beat with feelings, thoughts and impulses

into my head all that does fill me with dread.

All i want is a life free of trouble and strife,

All i get is constant jibes in the back of the head, face and neck,

will it ever dive off the surfboard of my mind.

The four horsemen plan with pride,

It’s all about to glide,

Down a mighty blood slide.

The shit has well and truly hit the fan,

And i’m about to pass out to Saipan,

the four horsemen are ready to plant,

what they think is right for this canman,

But i think the last plan,

Is left to Stan,

The only question is how was it planned,

The four horsemen are ready to stand.

Taking on a new ride,

You can decide,

What you believe is ultimately true,

Someone you know is totally blue,

When you stand on that stage it is up to you,

You can phone a friend, do fifty fifty or ask the audience,

Mourning at the funeral
of your past,

The man that i am today,

Is because of the
strength i have to be here,

I can’t cheat, i
can’t lie, it’s every tear for itself,

That is the place you

A dear embrace, the
time, the chase, it’s all a bit misplaced,

And there it is
therein lies the rub.

 I cant tell this
story without giving into death’s glory,

I can feel sick from the
depravity of the situation,

The dastardly facets
that come with the location,

That is in my head the
demons that hunt me to bed instead,

And create a world that i am
utterly trapped in,

That i feel sapped in,

That i’m papped in by the
photographers who shoot the inside,

Of my brain that make me go
insane

With worry and tension to end my
pain,

But it doesn’t it just stays the
same.

It only ends with me crying, and
nearly suffocating nearly dying,

But that’s just the release of
tears, the release of fears,

That enslaved me for years,

It’s so right that i end
this plight at this point in my life,

And not a second later.

Well the journey has been worth
every moment,

Every physical gage that locked
me in this cage,

Of my past that was like a
bull enraged,

That is kill switch engage,

I am now done with my story,

I hope it inspired, maybe death,
maybe glory,

Perhaps even another
death story.

We all seem to run,

For a reason to this great chase,

There is a certain question one
asks one self,

Where is the fun?

It’s a question and a conundrum,

That has philosophers becoming
undone,

They don’t know what they’re
chasing,

They don’t know what’s be
hasting.

It’s just one of those things i
guess,

That we question, we jest,

Like the meaning of life noone
can give a definitive answer,

I think it’s for beggars
for chancers,

If we just slow down we might
hear the Angelus.

The thing is we’re chasing for
meaning for balance,

I dont think we’ll find it in a
chalice,

In relationships, in balance,

Ye see there is a turning point i’m only reaching in my life,

We all get to this stage,

Who am i, where am i, where am i
going,

What am in looking for,

What do i want to achieve,

What do i want to receive,

Is there a place we can achieve,

What we want our life’s destiny,

Our endless journey, our voice,

Our selves i think we can
only keep on counting shelves,
