5. Use affirmations to stay positive.

6. Try Yoga or mindfulness to aid relaxation.

7. Take time out to do things you enjoy!

8. Avoid stress, whenever possible.

9. Drink alcohol responsibly.

10. Don’t try to be perfect. Nobody is!
